The Approach #1 First Look Reveals A Chilling Horror Approaching
Boom! Studios has revealed the first look at the new horror series titled The Approach. The new horror series comes from writers Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley who team up with artist Jesús Hervás to unravel the turbulent mystery of an aircraft that disappears for twenty years and mysteriously reemerges but does so with a sinister storm that is much more than meets the eye.
Boom! Studios’ description of The Approach reads:
“When airport employees Mac and Abigail find themselves snowed in after a blizzard, they witness a terrible plane crash. After pulling a survivor from the wreckage, they realize a terrifying truth: this plane has been missing for 27 years! The nightmare has only just begun though, as the people trapped in the airport soon find themselves confronted by what this plane actually brought back. For those with a fear of flying, it’s not the sky that deserves dread, but what lies beyond it…”
The Approach #1 will be available at your favorite local comic shop and digitally in October 2022 with a main cover by Haun and variant covers by artists Francesco Francavilla, Megan Hutchison-Cates, and Bjorn Barends. Check out the covers below:
