My Hero Ultra Rumble Trailer and Beta Announced

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for the upcoming battle royale, My Hero Ultra Rumble. Along with the trailer, Bandai Namco also revealed that players in the U.S. and Canada will have the opportunity to participate in a beta test on the PlayStation 4. Players who receive an invitation will get to play Ultra Rumble before it officially releases and helps the studio work out any bugs for launch. You can sign up for the beta on the game’s official website.

The battle royale will take place in the universe of the popular manga and anime series My Hero Academia. The gameplay features the chaos that will ensure as 24 characters use their abilities to take out their competition in the team-based battle royale. From the trailer, it appears as teams will participate in trios with eight teams going head-to-head and will include fan-favorite characters from the MHA universe including Bakugo, All Might, Todoroki, Deku, Urarake, and many more.

My Hero Ultra Rumble will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. No official release date has been announced. The closed beta will run from August 18th, 2022 to August 22nd, 2022. Check out the trailer below:
