Marvel Announces X-Men ’97 Prequel Comic

Marvel Comics has revealed more exciting details about the upcoming X-Men ’97 series. Ahead of the highly-anticipated release of the animated series, a prelude comic to the series will be arriving in early 2024. The X-Men ’97 prequel comic, written by Steve Foxe and illustrated by Salva Espin. with colors by Rachel Rosenberg, aims to bridge the gap between the original animated series and its highly-anticipated revival.

Marvel Studios’ X-Men ’97 series will now be accompanied by a 4-issue comic series closely intertwined with the television show. The prelude comic has been developed in collaboration with the showrunners.
