Josh Martin Interview
Josh Martin is a beloved voice actor known for his incredible range of characters. From the Dragon Ball universe to the iconic purple dinosaur Barney, Josh has brought these characters to life with his talent. But his skills don’t stop there! In addition to his voice acting career, Josh has also performed in comedy clubs and is a member of the Beastie Boys tribute band, Ryhmin n Stealin.
You may have heard Josh’s voice in popular anime shows like Retro Freaks and Fruits Basket, where he brought his unique flair to each character. He has also taken his voice of Majin Buu to video games in the English version of the game Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
But it doesn’t end there. Josh has also lent his voice to memorable characters in My Hero Academia, Lupin the 3rd, One Piece, Ace Attorney, and other Funimation Productions. But don’t be fooled by his voice-acting prowess alone. Josh is also involved in various creative endeavors. He has written and produced short films, and co-owned and operated improv, sketch, and musical comedy troupes.
Josh joined us to talk about his long range of projects as well as his love of anime and all his other endeavors that have fueled his passion and made him a fan of every universe he has touched.
