Jonathan Hedrick is ready to Spillblood
Jonathan Hedrick is an independent comic writer who has written for Advent Comics, Source Point Press, BlackBox Comics, Scout Comics, and Second Sight Publishing, among others. His writing credits include but are not limited to titles such as Recount, Dream Master, Caffeinated Hearts, and the most current title, Spillblood!
I got the chance to sit down with him and talk about the Netflix show that he binge-watched embarrassingly quickly, how he first became interested in writing, the importance of getting comfortable being uncomfortable, taking a chance on yourself, the beast that is running a Kickstarter, and tons more!
We also chat about what we can see from him in the future and any advice he may have for up-and-coming creatives, including making sure your circle has the right people in it, and how important it is to help out your fellow creatives!
