Barbarian Trailer Reveals An Airbnb Rental Turned Nightmare in New Horror Film
20th Century Studios and New Regency have released a trailer for the upcoming horror film Barbarian. The film takes place in a suburban Airbnb rental. A young woman shows up at her rental only to find a man is already staying there and claiming to have rented the room. As they agree to share the space, the young woman is awoken in the middle of the night as the terror that awaits her, this strange man, and others are revealed.

“A young woman traveling to Detroit for a job interview books a rental home. But when she arrives late at night, she discovers that the house is double booked, and a strange man is already staying there. Against her better judgement, she decides to spend the evening, but soon discovers that there’s a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest.”
Barbarian stars Georgina Campbell, Bill Skarsgård, Justin Long, and Jaymes Butler. The film was written and helmed by Zach Cregger with Arnon Milchan, Roy Lee, Raphael Margules, and J.D. Lifshitz producing the film. Skarsgård will executive produce the film along with starring.
Barbarian is slated to release in theaters on August 31st, 2022. Check out the trailer below:
