Peacock has landed the U.S. streaming rights to Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home, a moving and deeply personal documentary chronicling the final chapter of Ozzy Osbourne’s legendary life and career. The film premieres on the platform October 13, following its U.K. debut on the BBC earlier this month.

A Rock Icon’s Final Homecoming
Filmed over three years, Coming Home follows Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne as they prepare to leave Los Angeles after 25 years and return to their family estate in Buckinghamshire, England — the same countryside home where they raised their children, Jack and Kelly.
The film captures Ozzy’s emotional and physical challenges as he battles Parkinson’s disease and recovers from multiple back surgeries. Despite the pain, he remains determined to perform one final time — a farewell concert titled Back to the Beginning, featuring the original Black Sabbath lineup alongside Metallica and Guns N’ Roses.
A Portrait of Love, Legacy, and Resilience
Produced by Expectation in association with JOKS Productions, the documentary paints an intimate portrait of one of rock’s most enduring families. While it explores the struggles of aging, illness, and change, it also celebrates the Osbournes’ humor, devotion, and unbreakable bond.
From candid interviews to unseen footage gathered over years, Coming Home reveals Ozzy’s determination to face his final performance head-on, no matter the odds. For a man who once joked, “Why go out when you’ve got a house?”, returning home feels both symbolic and inevitable.
An Unforgettable Farewell
Tragically, Ozzy Osbourne passed away in July 2025 at the age of 76, just two weeks after his triumphant farewell show. His death sent shockwaves across the music world, with thousands gathering in his hometown of Birmingham to pay their respects as his funeral cortege was live-streamed around the globe.
The film captures the raw emotion of those moments — not just the end of a career, but the celebration of a man who embodied rock rebellion, vulnerability, and heart.

A Must-Watch for Music Fans
Originally commissioned by the BBC and sold internationally by Banijay Rights, Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home was initially conceived as a full series before evolving into a single, feature-length documentary.
For fans of The Osbournes and anyone who’s ever been moved by Ozzy’s music, this is an essential watch — a powerful, funny, and heartbreaking tribute to the Prince of Darkness and the family that stood by him through it all.
Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home streams exclusively on Peacock beginning October 13.
